Our training area is designed to help climbers of all levels build strength and improve technique. It features a Kilter Board, a Stokt spray wall, and a fully equipped workout space with a bench press, weights, a peg board, campus board, pull-up bar, and more. Whether you're honing specific skills or working on overall fitness, our training area has everything you need to take your climbing to the next level.
Kilter Board
The Kilter Board is an adjustable, interactive training wall controlled through an intuitive app, designed to help climbers improve strength, technique, and problem-solving skills.

App-Controlled Routes: Using the Kilter app, you can select from thousands of routes, and the corresponding holds light up with LEDs, guiding your climb step by step.

Adjustable Angles: The wall’s angle can be adjusted, from a gentle incline to a steep overhang, allowing for customizable training intensity.

Stokt Spray Wall
The Stokt Spray Wall at Niagara Climbing Center is a fully customized training wall, designed by our skilled route setters to provide a unique and challenging experience for climbers of all levels. Here’s what makes it special:

Dense Hold Layout: The wall features a carefully curated array of climbing holds, arranged by NCC’s route setters to maximize variety and creativity in route setting.

Customizable Problems: Climbers can create their own problems by selecting holds directly on the wall. Tape or the Stokt app can be used to mark routes for organization and sharing.

Stokt App Integration: Using the app, climbers can digitally map and save their routes, track progress, and explore problems created by other climbers.

Tailored Challenges: Our route setters have designed the hold placements to encourage climbers to work on specific skills, including footwork, body positioning, and dynamic movements.
