To submit changes to your payment method, address, or to freeze or cancel your account, please enter your info in the form, and scroll down to select the change(s) you wish to make. If making a change to a member on a family membership, please include ALL members that you would like the change to apply to.
​
Submissions must be made by the 15th of the month for the following month’s bill, if made after the 15th it will not go into effect until the second following month. There will be a $5 per member monthly fee to freeze an EFT membership. Freezes and cancellations will always begin on the first day of the month.
