Center Yoga

Niagara Climbing Center is pleased to have Center Yoga, a yoga and meditation space in the Niagara Climbing Center building. We offer a complement of practices from intense workouts to fully restorative relaxation at a variety of times to accommodate your schedule.

Whether you are looking to augment traditional climbing or fitness workouts with a practice that stretches tight muscles and destresses the mind, or you are searching for a lifestyle practice that will enhance all aspects of your life, yoga is a path worth taking.

Yoga Class Rates

Our rates are structured to suit your needs, from a single practice pass for those looking to try us out to a multi-visit pass discounted for the occasional student to the monthly membership that provides a deep discount to the regularly attending members.

- Walk-In: $18

- 10 Visit Pass: $175

- Monthly Membership: $75

- Monthly Membership – Military/Student/Senior: $60

Practices and Sessions

Everyone is welcome. We are a judgment-free sanctuary with supportive instructors and a beautiful practice space.

Gentle Flow with Kayla:

Gentle Flow Yoga – Move & Unwind

Saturday 9 - 10 am & Sunday 10 - 11am

It is a balanced practice where you move gently through classic poses at a slow but steady pace with an added focus on breath and meditation.​

  • The climbing gym is not open during these hours, please enter through our main entrance for the Wurlitzer Common building to reach the studio.

All Levels with Bri:

Beginners to Seasoned Yogis​

Tuesday 6:30 - 7:30 pm 

A modified practice accessible to beginners with options for seasoned Yogis to take their practice further. Focus on connecting breath with movement through classic poses.

All Levels with Keaton:

Yin Yoga – Deep Stretch & Relaxation​

Tuesday 7:30 - 8:30 pm 

A slow, meditative practice that targets deep connective tissues through long-held, passive stretches.
It enhances flexibility, joint mobility, and mindfulness while promoting relaxation and stress relief. Suitable for all levels—come unwind and restore!

Before you Arrive!

Loose fitting or stretchy clothing. Water bottle and towel. If you don’t already have them we are happy to provide you with a mat and any blocks, bolsters, and blankets used in class. All are free to use.

Every guest must have a waiver. Waivers stay active in our system for 2 years. Save time and fill it out online by clicking the button below.
