Center Yoga, a division of Niagara Climbing Center, is your go-to space for movement, mindfulness, and total-body wellness! Whether you're looking to unwind in a peaceful environment, build strength and flexibility, or stretch out after a climb, our yoga classes have something for everyone. From energizing flows to deep relaxation, we offer a variety of sessions to fit your vibe and schedule.

Yoga Class Rates

Our rates are structured to suit your needs, from a single practice pass for those looking to try us out to a multi-visit pass discounted for the occasional yogi to the monthly membership that provides a deep discount to the regularly attending members.

- Walk-In: $18

- 10 Visit Pass: $175 

- Monthly Membership: $75

- Monthly Membership – Military/Student/Senior: $60

Practices and Sessions

Everyone is welcome. We are a judgment-free sanctuary with supportive instructors and a beautiful practice space.

All Levels with Keaton:

No experience necessary — just bring your mat, your breath, and a willingness to move​

Tuesday 6:00 - 6:50 pm 

Whether you're brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this all-levels flow will guide you through mindful movement, breathwork, and moments of stillness to help you reset, refocus, and feel great in your body.

Expect a mix of strength, balance, and stretch — with options and modifications offered throughout so you can practice at your own pace. Come as you are and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and more connected.​​

Gentle Flow Yoga – Move & Unwind with Wendy
No experience necessary — just bring your mat, your breath, and a willingness to move​
Saturday 9:00am - 10:00am
Sunday 11:00am - 12:00pm
 

Gentle Flow Yoga is a slow, soothing practice that combines breath with mindful movement.

Perfect for all levels, this class enhances flexibility, balance, and relaxation through gentle stretches and fluid transitions.

Before you Arrive!

Loose fitting or stretchy clothing. Water bottle and towel. If you don’t already have them we are happy to provide you with a mat and any blocks, bolsters, and blankets used in class. All are free to use.

​​

Every guest must have a waiver. Waivers stay active in our system for 2 years. Save time and fill it out online by clicking the button below.
